Manuel Bruzos is the ReACH Lab manager and a Post-Bac Research Assistant. He received his B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University (FIU). He is also a writing tutor and writing assistant for FIU’s Center for Excellence in Writing. Before being a part of ReACH, Manuel was in Dr. Joseph Raiker’s research lab (Program for Attention, Learning, and Memory) which focused on advancing our understanding of neurocognitive deficits in children with ADHD.
Manuel is interested in substance use and addiction. Moreover, he hopes to focus on the adolescent population. He plans to continue gaining experience in research so that he can attend graduate school and become a Clinical Psychologist.
